Curried Lobster - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 frozen lobster tails (4-oz each)
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. all purpose flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    2 c. milk
    Hot cooked Rice
Preparation
    Partially thaw lobster tails.
    Using knife, butterfly tails (cut down center of back and open wide, do not cut under membrane). Place on broiler pan, shell side down.
    Dash a few drops of bottled hot pepper sauce into melted butter; brush over meat.
    Broil 4-inches from heat until meat loses its translucency and can be flaked with a fork, about 17 minutes for a 6 to 8 ounce tail. Loosen meat; serve with butter and lemon.
