Apple Betty - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sliced apples, soaked in saltwater
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Place apples in a buttered baking dish. Combine flour and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over apples and bake about 15 minutes in a 450\u00b0 oven.
    Makes 6 servings.
