Sherry Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. cooking sherry
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Put meat and soups in casserole.
    Add sherry.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or so.
    Serve over rice.
