Mexican Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, mashed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1/4 c. catsup
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. sugar
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 green chilli pepper or 1 small jalapeno pepper
Preparation
    Brown the ground beef, onion, garlic and salt.
    Drain and add remaining ingredients.
    Heat in crock-pot.
    Serve with chips.
