Unstuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. breakfast sausage (I used 1 turkey sausage and 1 hot and spicy sausage)
cabbage
1 pkg. Pennsylvania Dutch Kluski noodles
1 bay leaf
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
6 c. dried bread cubes
1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
2 beaten eggs
1 (12 oz.) can chopped raw oysters
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
milk
Preparation

Cook bay leaf, celery and onion in butter until tender. Discard bay leaf.
Add bread cubes and parsley.
Mix thoroughly with butter mixture.
Add eggs, oysters (save liquid) and poultry seasoning.
Next, add salt and pepper.
Add enough milk to oyster liquid to make 1/4 to 1/3 cup.
Add enough of the liquid to moisten stuffing.
