"Corton" - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 lb. ground pork
water
salt and pepper to taste
allspice
Preparation

Cover pork with water; add salt and pepper. Cook slowly, stirring occasionally. You cook pork until all water is evaporated. Must stir more frequently at the end. Just 5 minutes before serving, add allspice to taste. Serve in containers and let cool in refrigerator before covering container. Best when served as a sandwich with mustard or with pasta.
