Zucchini Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 tsp. parsley, chopped
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 clove garlic, minced
    4 eggs
    3 to 4 c. zucchini, thinly sliced
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix Bisquick with seasonings.
    Add onions, butter, beaten eggs and salad oil.
    Add zucchini.
    Mix and spread in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Serve hot or cold.
    Good with sliced tomatoes.
