Beef-Mushroom Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives (freeze-dried can be used)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    4 oz. canned sliced button mushrooms
    3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Prick bottom and sides of pie shell with a fork.
    Bake 11 minutes.
    For frozen crusts, follow package directions.
    Brown meat and drain off grease.
    In medium bowl, mix soup, milk, eggs and spices.
    Add meat, mushrooms and cheese. Pour into partially baked pie shell.
    Bake for one hour or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
    Serves 3 to 4.
