Texas Fudge Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
pinch of salt
2 sticks butter, melted
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 large pkg. marshmallows
Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar, flour and salt together.
Melt butter and cocoa together.
Mix butter mixture into egg mixture and add nuts and vanilla.
Bake in greased and floured 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch pan.
While cake bakes, cut marshmallows in half.
When cake is done, place marshmallows upside-down on cake and put cake in oven long enough to melt them.
Let cool and then frost.
