Miniature Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 lb. lean ground beef
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, minced garlic and ginger.
    Add ground beef and mix lightly, but thoroughly.
    Form into balls about 1 inch in diameter.
    Arrange on a lightly oiled baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes. Spear with toothpicks and serve hot with salsa or barbecue sauce. Makes 32 meat balls.
