Apple Crunch Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin
1 3/4 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. apple juice
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. peeled, finely chopped apple
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Stir in apple juice and cinnamon; chill until consistency of unbeaten egg white.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into an oiled 8-inch square dish; chill until firm.
Yields 9 servings.
