Seafood Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, cut into strips
    1 green pepper, cut into strips
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1/2 lb. shrimp, cleaned
    1/2 lb. scallops
    1/3 c. white wine (optional)
    1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    1 1/2 c. original Minute rice
Preparation
    Cook and stir onion and green pepper in hot oil in a large skillet.
    Add spaghetti sauce, tomatoes, shrimp, scallops, wine, basil and oregano.
    Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Stir in the rice; cover.
    Remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
