Spicy-Sweet Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. Pace picante sauce (mild)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise (little less)
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 to 2 1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken or turkey (4 split chicken breasts)
    1 c. thinly sliced celery
    1 c. seedless grapes, halved
    1/3 c. chopped, toasted pecans
    1/4 c. sliced green onions with tops (optional)
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine picante sauce, mayonnaise and honey in medium bowl. Mix well.
    Stir in chicken, celery, grapes, pecans and salt.
    Cover and chill.
    Sprinkle with green onions.
    Add a dab of Pace on top for a little extra kick (optional).
    Makes 4 servings, about 4 cups of salad.
    Toast pecans.
    Put in pie plate, single layer, and put in microwave for 3 1/2 minutes on High.
