St. Paul'S Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork sausage
2 envelopes chicken noodle soup
4 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. long grain rice
1 bell pepper
1 stem celery
1 small onion
1/2 c. slivered almonds
Preparation

Put water, soup and rice together and when mixture begins to boil, boil for 7 minutes; cut up the pepper, celery and onion. Brown sausage and pour off the grease.
Drain well.
Combine the soup and rice mixture, sausage, celery, green pepper, onion and almonds.
Place in casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
