Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) box Raisin Bran cereal
5 c. flour
3 c. sugar
5 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 qt. buttermilk
1 c. corn oil
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl.
Make a well in center of mixture.
Add eggs, buttermilk and oil.
Stir just to moisten.
Bake in muffin cups at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Can be stored in refrigerator until ready to bake.
