Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 medium chopped onion
2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
2 pkg. English muffins
Preparation

Brown meat and onions.
Add all but last 3 ingredients.
Cook 10 minutes.
Add Velveeta cheese and cook until cheese melts. Cool this mixture.
Cut muffins in halves and spoon cooled mix on the 24 muffin halves.
Top with Mozzarella.
Freeze on cookie sheet until ready for use.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until heated thoroughly. You may add chopped mushrooms or pepperoni, if desired.
