Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium zucchini, sliced 1/4 inch thick
    3/4 c. shredded carrots
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    6 Tbsp. butter
    2 1/2 c. herb seasoned croutons *
    1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook sliced
    zucchini
    in
    small amount of salted water until tender; drain.
    Cook carrots\tand onion until
    tender.
    Stir in soup, add
    zucchini.
    Place
    in casserole. Top with croutons mixed with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for minutes.
