Sour Cream Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Sunflower self-rising flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. sweet milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and shortening together.
    Add milk and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Add unbeaten eggs and continue beating, about 2 minutes.
    Batter is thin.
    Bake in 2 or 3 (8-inch) pans (I use black skillet) at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until done.
