Slow Cooked Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 lbs. beef round steak
    1 medium onion
    1 celery rib
    16 oz. tomato sauce
Preparation
    Cut steak into 6 pieces.
    Cut onion into 1/4-inch slices. Chop celery into 1/2-inch slices.
    Mix flour with salt & pepper. Dredge steak in flour mixture, coating well.
    In greased slow cooker, place onion, then steak, then celery, then tomato sauce. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours until meat is tender.
    Serve with baked potatoes or over rice.
