Mexican Rice Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cornbread mix
    1 can cream-style corn
    2 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Pour oil in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan and sprinkle with 2 teaspoons of cornmeal.
    Stick pan in a 375\u00b0 oven until hot; remove pan from oven and pour in batter. Return to oven and bake for 45 minutes.
    (Could bake in muffin tins.)
