Lemon Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. margarine
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 egg yolks, beaten
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
2 egg whites, beaten
Preparation

Cream sugar and margarine.
Stir in lemon juice.
Add beaten egg yolks and flour and mix. Stir in milk.
Hastily stir in beaten egg whites.
Bake in unbaked pie shell in slow oven at 325\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
