Marinated Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. V-8 juice
    1/2 c. oil
    4 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    2 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix dressing ingredients.
    Select fresh, uncooked vegetables. Add or delete for personal preferences 1 pound of fresh mushrooms and 1 head cauliflower.
    Mix and marinate 24 hours.
    Stir occasionally.
