Chinatown Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    fried Rice-A-Roni
    2 Tbsp. butter
    hot water
    1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms
    1/4 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown pork chops.
    Remove chops and brown 1 package fried Rice-A-Roni with butter.
    Stir in hot water, mushrooms (undrained) and contents of vegetable sauce envelope. Place browned chops on top.
    Sprinkle with soy sauce.
    Cover; bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
