Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. beef stew mix
    1 lb. stew meat
    1 tsp. fat
    4 c. sliced onion
    3 c. water
    3 Tbsp. catsup
    1 Tbsp. paprika
Preparation
    Brown meat in fat; add beef stew mix, onions, water, catsup and paprika.
    Cover.
    Simmer 2 hours.
    Remove cover and simmer 1/2 hour longer.
    Serve over noodles.
