Bates Avenue Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian salad dressing
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    4 whole chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned
    cooked rice or noodles
Preparation
    Combine cranberry sauce, salad dressing, soup mix, salt and pepper to taste.
    Arrange chicken in 3-quart baking dish; pour sauce over top.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove cover; bake 15 minutes more or until brown.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
