Date Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sifted flour
1 lb. pitted dates
4 c. pecans
Preparation

Combine eggs, sugar and oil.
Beat well.
Add dry ingredients; mix well.
Fold in dates and nuts.
Bake 2 hours and 15 minutes.
