Apple Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1-1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 large eggs
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. diced firm apples (winesap)
1 c. black walnuts, chopped
3/4 c. flaked coconut
Preparation

Mix as you would any cake by hand. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Spoon batter into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until done.
