Gingerbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 c. molasses
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Sift
    all
    dry\tingredients
    together
    except for sugar. Combine
    eggs, sugar, oil and molasses.
    Add this to dry ingredients.
    Add
    water and beat until smooth.
    Bake in 9 x 13-inch greased
    and
    floured pan for 40 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven. Serve with lemon sauce.
