Strawberry-Rhubarb Butter(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sliced strawberries
    1 c. 1/2-inch pieces rhubarb
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar, packed (or more, if you prefer it sweeter)
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/2 tsp. ground allspice
Preparation
    Place strawberries and rhubarb in a 4-cup glass measure. Cover with plastic wrap turned back slightly on one side. Microwave on full power until rhubarb is tender, 5 to 7 minutes, stirring once.
