Joe Lacey'S Pie Crusts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    2 1/2 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    2 tsp. vinegar
    water
Preparation
    In a 1 cup measurer combine the egg and vinegar.
    Then fill the measuring cup with water to make 1 full cup.
    Mix the egg, vinegar and water.
