Hot Chicken Salad Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced cooked chicken
    2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. slivered blanched almonds
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. grated onion
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 c. commercial mayonnaise
    1/2 c. shredded medium-sharp yellow cheese
    2/3 c. broken potato chips
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except cheese and potato chips; turn into shallow buttered casserole.
    Combine cheese and potato chips and spread over top.
    Bake uncovered at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Yields 6 servings.
