Ingredients

1 envelope plain gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 lb. can whole cranberry sauce
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. chopped, peeled apple
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Soften gelatin in cold water.
Heat cranberry sauce and ginger to\tboiling
and use to dissolve gelatin.
Cool and add remaining ingredients.

or several molds until firm.
