Fiesta Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 can refried beans
    1 can (11 oz.) nacho cheese soup
    1 c. shredded Monterey Jack with peppers
    1/2 c. pitted black olives, sliced
    round corn tortilla chips
    sour cream (optional)
Preparation
    In 2-quart microwave casserole, cook meat on High 5 minutes; stir after 2 minutes.
    Drain off fat.
    Mix meat and taco seasoning in separate bowl.
    In bottom of casserole, spread beans.
    Cover with beef mixture.
    Pour soup over meat to within 1 inch of sides. Sprinkle with cheese and olives.
    Cook on High 15 minutes or until cheese melts and mixture is bubbly.
    Place chips around edge and serve with sour cream.
