Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. shredded zucchini (3 medium size)
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    4 large eggs
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped nuts
    1/2 c. raisins (if desired)
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
Preparation
    Move oven rack to low position so that top of pan will be in center of oven. Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Grease bottoms only of 2 loaf pans. Mix zucchini, sugar, oil, vanilla and eggs in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into pans. Bake 8-inch loaves 50 to 60 minutes or 9-inch loaves 1 hour and 10 to 20 minutes.
