Early American Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/4 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 c. Blue Bonnet oleo
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients.
    Set aside 3/4 cup of this mixture for topping.
    To rest, add salt, soda and eggs.
    Beat well by hand and add buttermilk.
    Mix until smooth.
    Pour into greased and floured angel food pan.
    Sprinkle with 3/4 cup reserved crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
    Cool 15 minutes in pan on wire rack.
    Using sharp knife, loosen sides from pan.
    Invert onto plate and invert again to get right side up.
