Carrot Pineapple Cake With Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vegetable coil
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. finely grated carrots
    1 can (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    Cream Cheese Frosting
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Beat eggs in a large bowl.
    Add sugar and oil; beat until well blended.
    Stir in flour and cinnamon; blend thoroughly.
    Stir in carrots, undrained pineapple and pecans.
    Pour batter into prepared pan.
    Bake 55 to 60 minutes.
    Cool in pan on wire rack.
    Spread with Cream Cheese Frosting.
