Easy Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli or spinach (whatever your preference), cook and drain it well
    4 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. milk
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. bread crumbs
    dill weed
    paprika
Preparation
    Slice about 8 large leeks (white part only), washing first very well.
    Saute in a bit of butter until tender.
    Place in a pie shell and top with lightly cooked bacon.
    Add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
    Top with another layer of crust that has been pricked with fork.
    Bake in a preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
