Scalloped Potatoes And Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 or more potatoes, thinly sliced
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1/2 c. diced ham
1/3 c. grated cheese (Cheddar, American or low-fat)
salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup, diluted with 1/3 c. water
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Toss potatoes in 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar and 1/2 cup water.
Grease crock-pot and make layer of potatoes, onion slices, ham and cheese.
Season each layer with salt and pepper.
Repeat with remaining potatoes and ingredients.
Sprinkle flour over top and then add the cream of mushroom.
Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or cook on high for 3 to 4 hours.
