Bean Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pinto beans
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large can tomatoes
    salt
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 onion, chopped
    2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Soak and cook beans.
    Add brown sugar.
    Brown meat and onion. Drain. Add to the beans.
    Combine remaining ingredients and simmer about 1 hour.
