Blueberry Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    2 1/2 c. fresh blueberries
    1 unbaked (9-inch) pie shell
    6 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. butter
    6 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine sour cream, flour, sugar, vanilla, salt and egg; beat 5 minutes at medium speed or until smooth.
    Fold in blueberries. Pour filling into pastry shell; bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Remove from oven.
    Combine remaining ingredients; stirring well. Sprinkle over top of pie and bake 10 more minutes.
    Chill before serving.
    Serves 6 to 8.
