Mother'S Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 qt. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
6 slices sandwich bread, buttered
cinnamon
Preparation

In a 2-quart rectangular casserole, beat together the eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla with a fork.
Place the 6 slices of bread, buttered side up, on the egg mixture.
Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 375\u00b0 and cook for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
