Barbecue Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. ribs
1 lemon
1 large onion
1 c. ketchup
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
2 dashes Tabasco
2 c. water
Preparation

Place ribs in shallow roasting pan, meaty side up.
On each piece, place a slice of unpeeled lemon and a thin slice of onion. Roast in very hot oven at 425\u00b0 to 450\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
