Country Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 c. flour
    about 2 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix baking powder, salt, shortening and 1 cup flour, then add 1 cup milk.
    Add enough flour to make batter stiff, about 2 1/2 cups. Pat out onto floured board.
    Cut and bake in hot oven (400\u00b0) on lightly greased pan.
