Happy Day Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 1/4 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs (unbeaten)
Preparation
    Cream shortening. Sift\tdry ingredients and mix together.
    Add milk and beat for
    2 minutes.
    Add eggs and remaining milk and beat slowly 2 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
