Rolling Acres Special - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 beef bouillon
    1/2 c. hot water
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small onion, chopped (if desired)
Preparation
    Brown meat well in oil and butter; drain excess, then add a little more butter.
    Add onion and saute until tender.
    Do not allow to brown.
    Add mushroom soup and bouillon cube, which has been diluted in 1/2 cup hot water.
    Let simmer until well seasoned, about 20 to 30 minutes.
    Serve over rice or grits.
