Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 chicken breasts
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 bag tortilla chips
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Ro-Tel
    American and Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Boil chicken.
    Take
    skin
    off\tand
    chop
    chicken into little squares.
    Mix soups, onion, celery and Ro-Tel together. Put chips in\tbottom\tof
    a
    9 x 13-inch pan. Cover chips with chicken. Pour mixture over chicken and top with cheeses. Bake until cheese melts good or about 1 hour.
