Lemon Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 c. lemon yogurt
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt into a bowl. In a separate bowl, cream margarine and brown sugar.
Beat in egg. Beat in yogurt, lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of lemon rind.
