Potato Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    diced potatoes
    chopped onion (medium size)
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 beef broth cube
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can corned beef hash, crumbled
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    In a 2-quart saucepan, place potatoes, chopped onion, parsley, beef broth cube and salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover potatoes with water 1/4-inch above the potatoes.
    Cook until potatoes are soft. In a 3-quart casserole dish, place mixture.
    Add can of corned beef hash.
    Thicken this mixture with flour and water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
