Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. chopped cranberries
1/4 c. margarine
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together in large mixing bowl.
Add margarine and cut in with fork until well mixed.
Stir egg and orange juice together.
Add juice to dry ingredients; stir well. Fold in cranberries and pecans.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or when toothpick comes out clean.
