Pork Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork roast, sliced thin *
    2 medium carrots, sliced
    3 c. cabbage, shredded
    1 1/2 c. green peppers
    1 c. onion
    1 c. mushrooms
    1/2 pkg. Sloppy Joe powder
    1/8 tsp. ginger
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. seasoning salt
    1/2 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown pork in 1 tablespoon oil.
    Add 2 tablespoons soy sauce. Set aside.
    Steam vegetables in 1 tablespoons oil and 1/2 cup water.
    Add pork back to vegetables.
    Sprinkle Sloppy Joe, ginger, garlic salt and seasoning salt over and mix well.
    Add rest of soy sauce.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
